If our inspection team determines that the product is defective, SleepSport will promptly repair or replace the mattress as necessary. Please be aware that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or improper base structure.
25-YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY
Beyond the initial 24 months, you can still count on us with our 25-year service warranty. However, there will be a service charge for repair or replacement of any defective product after the initial guarantee period. This charge is calculated by dividing the current retail price by the 25 years of service warranty and then multiplying it by the number of years since the product was purchased.
